Cave Of Moulos (Vouni Village)

Just outside Vouni, south of the village, there are 2 beautiful caves, known as ‘Moulos Caves’.

These ancient caves, which are supposed to have been used as catacombs of the early Christian period, are branched into rooms and burrows, creating an impressive and mysterious sight.

These caves are a rare, pleasant surprise in the area and are definitely worth visiting, but they are well hidden in the mountain.

To get there you need to travel on a dirt road for about 10 minutes by car and then walk for a few more minutes uphill.
