The 55th Annual General Assembly of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been successfully concluded. Accountable to the Assembly the President of the Chamber, Costas Galatariotis, made succinct reference to the Cyprus economy status and then referred to the multifarious actions and initiatives of the Chamber in various fields, both in each separate sector and in general.

He also praised what has already been achieved in Limassol, primarily through private sector initiatives and stressed out the Chamber’s expectations from the state about projects that are considered absolutely necessary for both the city and the entire Limassol district.

George Lakkotripis, Minister of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism, also addressed the Assembly. The Vice President of Industry of Cyprus Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Christodoulos Angastiniotis, also addressed the Assembly on behalf of the President of CCIC.

The assembly ended with an honorary award to Spyros Spyrou for his long term Vice Presidency at the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
