For the first time in Cyprus, an internationally renowned piece of literature, with historical and literary value, is transferred on stage. “Thelestina” comes for a single show in Limassol, after people’s requests.

A noble knight, Callisto, falls crazy in love on the first sight with a spoiled girl, Melivea, but his love is without response. Through a series of comical and tragic events, the writer tortures his heros, as well as those around them, coming to the false conclusion that love is something incredibly “evil” for a “healthy” man, while in the entire course of his story, he exhibits in an artistic manner, the exact opposite.
